With Every Breath, I See You

My painting, "With every breath, I see you", explores human nature through the struggle of women in a society that limits and isolates them. Three women are placed in an abyssal underwater universe, where they confront fragility and external pressures. Beneath the water, in the depths of silence, they support each other, with every breath symbolizing their quiet resistance. The water represents a symbolic space of the female condition in society, where norms and expectations impose an often over whelming weight. The painting reflects both isolation and the collective strength and solidarity of women, which emerge even in the most challenging conditions.
